01 — About the Language
Abyssal is the language preserved within the records of the Abyssal Conclave. Its vocabulary is heavily associated with darkness, blood, death, conflict, family, fate, and the realms beyond the mortal world.
Most Abyssal words are pronounced approximately as they appear. The language uses a relatively compact collection of sounds, with several combinations having particularly important pronunciation rules.
